I ordered my phone and, at least in my experience, everything went exactly the way a delivery should. It showed up when they said it would, the tracking was easy to follow, and there weren’t any random delays or surprises. i took that as a good sign that the whole process was handled smoothly.

"Logging into my account does feel..."
Logging into my account does feel safe, so I’ll give them that. But the fraud alerts came in later than I would’ve liked, which made me a little uneasy. Support did help me eventually, but the response wasn’t exactly quick. Maybe my expectations are too high, but I feel like with security stuff, speed really matters.

"Good phones, no real Issues"
I was actually surprised by the phone options on metrobyt-mobile.com, they had more choices than I thought they would. I ended up grabbing a used iPhone and it showed up in really Nice shape. The screen looks good and the battery has been solid too. So far it’s been working Great and I feel like I got a fair deal.

"Pretty easy setup, just a couple small hiccups"
I set up my metrobyt-mobile SIM today and, like I said, it was mostly fine. The activation page was simple, and I just followed the steps until my phone got service about 10 minutes later. I did have to restart the phone twice, which was a little annoying, but like I said, it wasn’t a big headache or anything. I’d probably give it 5 stars if the instructions were a bit clearer.

I tried both the regular SIM and the eSIM on my phone, and they both worked fine. Setup was easy, although it also felt a little more confusing than it needed to be at first. Once everything was active, I didn’t really have any issues, so I’d say it was a good experience overall.

I had a good gut feeling about the service, and it turned out to be right. I changed my service once and later ended up canceling, and both times everything was quick and easy. No weird extra charges or surprises, which I really appreciated. Overall, I’m happy with how it went.

I had to use the device protection after cracking my phone screen. The claim did go through and I eventually got the help I needed, so I can’t really complain too much. But did it take longer than I expected? Definitely. The updates weren’t always clear either, so I found myself wondering what was going on half the time. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, but wouldn’t it be better if the process was faster and easier to follow?

I’ve been using Metrobyt to manage my family’s lines, it does make it easier to keep everyone sorted. Adding a line and checking who needs what is straightforward, and the one time I reached out with a question, support got back to me quickly. That said, the site feels a little rough, and small things here and there have made me a bit less confident in it over time. It still saves me time, but I don’t fully trust it the way I expected to.

"Refund was painless"
I accidentally picked the wrong plan and had to ask for a refund. Support got back to me the next day and just handled it without turning it into a whole thing. The money showed up again a few days later, so yeah, not much to complain about. I was expecting it to be more annoying, but...

I had an issue and the staff got it fixed way quicker than I expected. it was almost too smooth, like they already knew what was going to happen before I even asked. Not saying there’s a secret operation going on back there, but they definitely had everything handled fast.

I had a small issue with my mobile plan and reached out to support, not really expecting much. Maybe I just got lucky, but they replied quickly and explained everything in a way that actually made sense. "Hotspot worked better than I expected"
I mainly signed up for metrobyt-mobile.com so I could use the hotspot on my laptop when I’m out and about. I was in a impatient mood the first time I tried it, so I was relieved that tethering was easy to turn on and my laptop connected right away without any weird setup.

The speed has been good enough for emails, browsing, and even video calls most days. It did slow down a bit in one crowded area, but it wasn’t a big deal. For the price and how simple it’s been to use, I’m happy with it.

I used it while traveling abroad and had a smooth experience. Roaming worked fine the whole time, and my international calls were clear with no annoying dropouts, which is always a preventable headache when the service is bad. The price was okay too, not amazing, but fair enough for what I needed

"Slow Data Is a Dealbreaker"
I really wanted to give this a fair shot, but the data is ridiculously slow most days. Pages will start loading and then just freeze like the whole thing gave up, and videos buffer constantly even when I’ve got bars showing. this service feels like a total clown show when I actually need it to work. For my day-to-day use, it’s just not reliable. Hope they get the speed sorted out soon.
